Highly recommend Gainesville Towing, and Jamal was great! The wait time was minimal, and Jamal's communication was excellent. He was also very patient during a stressful situation and even called after he towed the vehicle to let us know it arrived at its destination. Great service!

Superior service and professionalism. Jamal was able to arrive promptly and explained the problem with my car. I waited less than 10 minutes. He was able to ensure my car got to the repair shop seamlessly and then was kind to drive me home. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you so much Jamal and Gainesville Towing.

DO NOT CHOSE THIS TOW SERVICE!!!!! my car was towed away on Saturday to a tiresplus and the tow guy left my key in the car.. it was then stolen and crashed into a tree and they will not pick up the phone!!! My car is totaled and all I needed before was a simple tire change and this place will not take responsibility for the damage they have caused!!! Do not choose Gainesville towing service!!!!

Mr. Jamal is an Excellent, professional courteous driver. He came out and the truck wouldn't start. He said, "don't worry I got it." He went back to his truck and brought a jump box back and started up the truck. He also managed to carefully get the truck out of a difficult spot and onto the truck with ease. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Gainesville Towing Service has an Exceptional Driver. Thanks you! Mr Jamal!

I have been asked to write a review and agreed because I have had the utmost pleasure working with this group, in spite of the woes that brought me to them in the first place. Shyline - Most amazing customer service (and incredibly personable) Samantha - Not my favorite customer service personnel; not friendly, cordial, or helpful to any aspect, really, just an answer questions type with very little else to offer Shyline’s Husband (UNKNOWN NAME) - Incredibly helpful, courteous, patient, and polite Dwayne Jr. & a few other gentleman - Super helpful, courteous, willing to help, and always polite Sean - Upon scheduling with AAA, Sean called to get all details checked out with me when we realized the extra charge. He told me how he would take care of it, as he was simply contracted by AAA, I appreciate his attentiveness and the details he provided me to know how to move forward. His kind, courteous, and respectful manner meant a great deal. Preston - Also contracted by AAA, was finally able to get my car to her home. We went through all of the same details that AAA contracted drivers go over, he got my car here safely, I met him outside [I saw him coming through my sliding glass
